All reservation forms that are displayed are being filled in by the user, are supposed to be filled in correctly and honestly. Any information provided will be held strictly confidential. Failing to appropriately fill in any forms could result in reception of bad information by reservation and marketing department.

In case of fully book Hotels and Resorts, the reservation department will alert the user about the situation as quickly as possible. However, if the user has made expenses in any way whatsoever, All Travel Network. can not be charged or held responsible for this.

will not be responsible for any quality or guarantee, issued by any party represented in this Website. Each and every Hotel/Resort will have its own responsibility to live up to qualities and/or guaranties displayed by that party. 1.WHICH COUNTRIES IS PRESENTING?

For our initial offering we are presenting the Philippine Islands. Other countries from all of the seven continents of the world will be put online in the very near future.


2.HOW IS THE WEBSITE ORGANIZED?

All Travel Network is presented in a manner that is comprehensive and user friendly.

The guest need only select a particular destination and view the participating hotels and resorts or tour packages which are conveniently arranged according to their respective rates.

Clicking on a particular hotel or resort will result in the standard presentation of the hotel's: location, amenities, rooms, recreation… etc. for the guest's evaluation and choice. The inquiry and reservation form is also located on the same hotel / resort page.


3.WHO CAN MAKE USE OF THE RESERVATION SYSTEM?

We offer our services to both Individual and Travel Agency who wants to avail of our reservation system. Rates appearing on the Internet are rates applicable to individual(s). Travel Agents need to make a formal business proposal to AVL

-Country-Sight-Travel, Inc.

to be accredited or authorized to resale our services.


4. HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

Every hotel / resort / travel and tour packages page is equipped with a Inquire link and a Book Reservation Now! link. The first link presents a form for the guest to fill up and write his / her inquiries or need for more information. Clicking the "send" button will send the inquiries to our Central Reservation Office where it will be replied and send to inquiring guest via Email within or less than 24 hrs.

The latter link presents a standard reservation form together with the hotel / resort reservation conditions and policies for cancellation. This form is to be filled up by the Guest. Clicking on the "Send" button will send the form to our Central Reservation Office for processing.

Note : Only Completely Filled-up Forms will be Processed.


5.HOW WILL THE RESERVATION BE PROCESSED?

After receiving the reservation, our Reservations Officer will coordinate with the preferred hotel, resort to confirm the reservation in behalf of the Guest.


7.HOW WILL THE CONFIRMATION BE PROCESSED?

Upon confirmation on the part of the Hotel or Resort, we will immediately Email the guest a Final Confirmation and require the guest to give his / her credit card details and sign up a Guarantee Letter authorizing All Travel Network to debit 1 day against the guest's credit card as a Guarantee on the reservation made.

This letter may be printed and faxed back to our Central Reservations Office at (63-2) 371-1492.


(In the future sending credit card details online will be made possible through the secure data encryption program, when Credit Card Companies in Philippines accept those payments).


7. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All reservations confirmed by us are honored by participating Hotel and Resort. Depending on the Hotel / Resort's CANCELLATION Policies and SEASON the reservation is considered legal as well as the guarantee sent by the Guest. All informations regarding the policies are well indicated and updated on every reservation form. Please refer to these forms for each particular policies and conditions.


8. HOW WILL I PAY?

All reservations are pre-paid directly to AVL-Country-Sight-Travel, Inc.

in cash or credit card upon confirmation.
